How do I request installation of my software?

When you'd like us to install software that you acquire from our offerings, please open a new ticket.

In subject, enter: installation request

Then,

1. What is the name of the software that you want installed.

2. What is the domain URL

3. Your FTP UN and PW

We also will need information about your database.

If you are using our hosting services, we only need your cpanel login information.

We can then create your database for you and install the software.

When we receive your request, we will send you the fee for this service to approve.
