
We are a personalized support team, and do not utilize an offsite call center. Help Desk is open 24/7/365. We generally tend to our home and family on weekends, holidays and the last two weeks of each year. That's why we invite qualified friends to help us when we're away. Except for the situations noted below, you receive a response promptly when you use the Ideal Help Desk.
Help Desk Response Time:
We respond to tickets in the order they are received with these exceptions:
:: Tickets are responded to in the most urgent order first based on the priority you set
:: Tickets with comments, rather than questions may not be not responded to
:: If the ticket subject is covered in the Knowledge Base, it may not be answered
:: Tickets about specific hosting on our dedicated hosting can login to their admin zone and contact Live Help 24/7/365. (Legacy shared hosting clients do not have access to Live Help in cpanel.)
In our experience, inquiries can be overlooked if included in the body of another ticket subject, or a request for additional services can accidentally get lost in the crowd. If you do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time, please open a new ticket and inquire again. Thanks so much.
