Using the Help Desk insures that we live up to our promise. The Help Desk is simply an online email system installed on our web server to provide an organized and efficient method of responding to your inquiries, requests and email communications.
We ask that you click New Ticket to contact us via email rather than sending us traditional inbox email for two reasons you probably face everyday, too.
First, spam. We receive a ton of spam and consequently we installed high security spam guards. The problem with this is that these guards also blocked some emails that we wanted to receive. Because traditional inbox email you send may get trapped, we would not even know we didn't receive it. You wouldn't know either and could think we just never responded. This situation is not good for either of us.
Second, we enjoy a busy business and receive hundreds of emails every day from visitors and clients. It became a nightmare to keep track of questions and requests using our regular email system. This caused numerous issues including missed emails from clients that were never read or responded to.
