We promise the highest professional standard for honesty, performance and behavior. We serve visitors and customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. We share knowledge and provide counsel that is intended to provide benefit without compensation.

We promise to never deceive, spam or do any action that is illegal, inappropriate or dishonest. We will always do our best.

The primary mission of the our core business is to enhance business well­ being and help meet basic business needs with particular attention to the needs and empowerment of new small business people who are affected by financial crisis.

Fundamental to Internet marketing service and support is attention to the environmental forces that create, contribute to, and address problems that interfere with financial independence.

Our many and several businesses on the Internet operate under one umbrella company named Marketing Department.

Marketing Department's mission is to develop resources, provide free customer service and fee-based support that is fair and reasonable for small business on the Internet.

As a first step to fulfilling that mission, our founder Alexandria Marx developed an approach that is affordable for Internet marketers, retailers and startups from business launch to customer service to gathering useful feedback.

We treat each person in a caring and respectful fashion, mindful of individual differences and cultural and ethnic diversity. We seek to enhance our customer's capacity and opportunity to address their own needs. objectives and outcomes. We are cognizant of the dual responsibility to our customers and to our partners. We seek to resolve challenges in a responsible manner consistent with the values, ethical principles and ethical standards of business.

3. Integrity
We promise to behave in a trustworthy manner... continually be aware of our mission, values, ethical principles and ethical standards... and practice in a manner consistent with these values. We act honestly and responsibly at all times.

4. Competence
We practice within our areas of competence and enhance our professional expertise going forward. We increase our professional knowledge and skills with both research and an investment in training and education. We contribute to the public and private knowledge base of information to benefit our visitors and customers.

We provide services and support only within the boundaries of our competence, education, training and other relevant professional experiences.

We respect our visitors and customers right to privacy. We do not solicit private information unless it is essential to providing services or conducting requested support. Once private information is revealed to us, standards of confidentiality apply. We never share, sell or rent confidential information.
